Islamabad: Nawaz Sharif meets Shehbaz Sharif in minister enclave

According to the media, Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif met his younger brother and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) President, Shahbaz Sharif at the Ministers’ Enclave in Islamabad on Monday.

The previous chief minister, who was detained in Ashiana Housing Scheme case by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), has been living in the district since last week after the anti-graft body confirmed it a sub-jail.

Nawaz, on the contrary, was in the federal capital for his accountability court appearance. “Nawaz inquired about Shahbaz’s health and the two discussed the current political situation of the country during the meeting,” sources stated. On October 30, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz ‘s former prime minister Nawaz Sharif met Shahbaz Sharif at the Parliament House, when Shahbaz was presented for NA Session.

In the assembly, the Sharif brothers considered over corruption cases filed by NAB. They also chatted about the existing political condition and the party’s state. Opinions regarding talks with other opposition parties and PML-N’s policy in the National Assembly were also conversed.

The board submitted Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president’s medical certificate in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), stating that all his tests are normal.

Previously Shahbaz Sharif was declared medically fit after a three-member board run his proper checkup. However, Shahbaz Sharif had told the accountability that there were problems regarding his health which were being avoided in NAB custody. He had also requested for a few medical tests and checkups but the officials refused by saying that, they had not received any order regarding this from the ‘higher authority’
